How do you ship?

We ship orders via our shipment partners based on customer location (National or International) using the least amount of packaging material possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of payment. Domestic: Shipment partners takes approximately 4 to 7 business days to arrive once shipped depending on your distance from Hosur, Tamil Nadu. International: Shipment Partners takes approximately 15 to 60 business days to arrive once shipped depending on your distance & country.
How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way.
What if a product arrives damaged or broken?

We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, it is hard to know how carefully they are handled. If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please contact our business office so that we can remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is our goal.
